• Commissioners discussed and brain stormed ideas for the ESJC mission statement,
reviewed the by-laws, discussed commissioner trainings, community event
planning and created ad-hoc committees.
• Commissioners approved the compensation structure for two paid high school
students to join the ESJC.
• Meredith Sampson, Assistant Planner, Department of Community Development
briefed the commissioners on the Public Engagement Plan for the City of Tukwila's
Housing Action Plan.
