• Economic Development Administrator Derek Speck briefed the Commission on
the 2022 Economic Development Plan and engagement efforts.
• The Commission discussed City programs, policies and service projects to be
brought before the Commission for review for an Equity analysis and
recommendations.
• The Commission was briefed on the 2' Annual Juneteenth Commemoration.
• City staff updated the Commission on the City's policy to accept written public
comments at all City Boards and Commission, including public meetings per
House Bill 1329, Section 13.
