AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA ESTABLISHING
A GOLF COURSE SPECIAL REVENUE FUND AND AMENDING THE
1978 BUDGET FOR THE ESTIMATED REVENUE AND APPROPRIATIONS
APPLICABLE TO THE GOLF COURSE REVENUE FUND.
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila has acquired the Foster Golf
Links and
WHEREAS, the City has contracted with a management firm to
operate the Golf Course with a portion of the golf revenue transmitted
to the City and
WHEREAS, a seperate fund is needed to account for the City's
share of Golf Course revenue and
WHEREAS, 1978 Budget appropriations are needed for the Golf
Course Special Revenue Fund
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Tukwila,
Washington does ordain as follows:
1. There is hereby created a Golf Course Special Revenue
Fund Number 101. This fund shall receive the City's share
of Golf Course revenue as well as any other contributions
applicable specifically to the Golf Course. Disbursements
from this fund shall relate to the Golf Course only and
shall include:
a. Transfers to the Limited G.O. Bond Debt Service Fund
Number 203.
b. Any other Golf Course operating or Capital improvement
cost deemed necessary by the City Council.
2. The 1978 Annual Budget of the City of Tukwila as adopted
by Ordinance Number 1045 is hereby amended to include
the following:
REVENUE ACCOUNTS
101/343.10 Golf Course Fees $142,700.
101/361.10 Interest Income 900.
101/318.90 State Shared Leasehold 1,700.
$145,300.
APPROPRIATION ACCOUNTS
101/519.80.53 Contributions to Limited 45,300.
Debt Service Fund
101/533.50.31 Professional Services- 87,900.
Management Firm
101/533.50.54 Sales Leasehold tax 12,100
$145,300.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Tukwila, Washington
