AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM THE SALE OF BONDS INTO
THE 1978 BUDGET FOR THE PURCHASE AND IMPROVEMENTS
OF FOSTER GOLF LINKS.
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila is selling $1,850,000 in
Unlimited G. 0. Bonds and $450,000 in Limited G. 0. Bonds, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to appropriate $2,100,000 to
finalize the purchase of Foster Golf Links on the 1st day of May, 1978,
and
WHEREAS, the $200,000 remaining in the fund will be used
to purchase capital equipment, including improvements and miscellaneous
costs.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
The 1978 Annual Budget of the City of Tukwila, as adopted by
Ordinance No. 1045, is hereby amended to include the following appropri-
ations:
APPROPRIATE: Revenue from Sale of Bonds
BUDGET ACCOUNT: 304/533.50.60
Purchase of Land and
Buildings and Improvements
304/533.50.42
Miscellaneous Costs
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
