Description
The D8112F Fire Control Package is
designed to meet the requirements of
the growing Central Station Fire
Alarm market, specifically, NFPA 71
applications. This package is well-
suited for NFPA 71 applications from
simple single -riser systems, to more
advanced eight -zone automatic fire
alarm systems.
The D8112F system can meet the
requirements of NFPA 72A Local
Protective Signaling Systems by
adding the following equipment:
D192 Bell Circuit Supervision
Module, D1252 Alpha II Command
/s 4..r 1:..4...1 • .Jli
•
Control/Communicator: The
D8112 Control/Communicator is an
eight zone microprocessor based
control panel with an integral digital
communicator. Through program-
ming and accessory modules, the
D8112 offers a degree of flexibility
rarely found in other fire alarm control
systems.
The D8112 is U.L. listed as power
limited, therefore (per Article 760 of
the National Electrical Code) U.L.
listed fire cable can be used for ext-
ernal circuits, rather than. expensive
conduit. This feature alone can effect
substantial installation cost savings.
All eight zones are individually
programmable and may be used to
monitor all types of fire alarm,
sprinkler supervision, fixed extin-
guishing systems, industrial process
supervision, and burglar alarm
devices.
