Mckinstry Company has been contracted by Segale Inc. to remove existing l
horizontal sidewall sprinkleisand their piping'as part of a small t ant
improvement at the above mentioned building. A small room, protected by these
sprinklers has been eliminated as part of the new tenant revisions. All other
areas of the building sprinkler system will remain to provide coverage per NFPA
requirements.
I have enclosed a sketch of the proposed work. To accommodate Segale's
schedule, we would like to proceed with our portion as soon as possible. Please
contact me at 763-5409 with any questions or concerns. Thank you for your
attention to this matter.
