AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA. WASHINGTON,
REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 114, DATED MAY 10, 1928
AND ORDINANCE NO. 722, DATED AUGUST 21, 1972.
WHEREAS, there is currently a need to update certain portions
of the Tukwila Municipal Code, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 114, prohibiting the disposition of
garbage on streets, has been replaced by Ordinance No. 396, Refuse
Disposal, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 722, establishing a petty cash fund,
has been replaced by Resolution No. 624, establishing petty cash and
change funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
The following Ordinances are hereby repealed:
Ordinance No. 114, dated May 10, 1928
Ordinance No. 722, dated August 21, 1972
