The hanger is secured to the planking by means of a clip (ceiling flange or hanger flange) that is provided with a standard thread r the rod and holes for 2 wood :crews. To prevent possibl loosening of the rod due to vibration, the hanger is fui ther secured by a hex nut tightened against the clip.
