Reference: Red Wing Shoes Tenant Improvement
To Whom It may Concern:
Emerald Fire has been selected as the fire sprinkler contractor for the Red Wing Shoes
tenant improvement located at 17135 South Center Parkway, Tukwila. The general
contractor, Mike Jensen Construction, has requested that we come On site on Friday and
demo pipe that currently supplies the pendent spriniders. Emerald Fire respectfully
requests permission to disconnect the pendent heads while our drawings are in progress.
Existing uprights will remain in place and offer sprinkler protection during the
construction.
