12830-12886 Interurban Ave S. Tukwila, WA 98168
1. Replacement of the existing fire control panel
2. Addition of one smoke detector above the fire control panel
3. Addition of one exterior bell strobe outside the fire control room.
4. Connection of two existing contractor installed and maintained sprinkler water
switches to the fire alarm control panel.
5. Connection of two existing contractor installed and maintained sprinkler tamper
switches to the fire alarm control panel.
6. Connection of one contractor installed and maintained HVAC smoke detector to
the fire control panel.
The building is fully sprinkled.
The HVAC smoke detector will be in a roof top unit above the GVA suite 12886.
All the fire alarm devices are being made addressable with the upgrade.
Washington Alarm will provide the following:

fire sprinklers. The demo'd office space in the warehouse was protected by a line of
sprinklers, these sprinklers now need to be plugged off. The overhead system is
adequately protecting the clear floor space.
