The 10' X 20' shed on the southwest corner of Bldg. # 6 is located in the fire dept. apparatus turnaround area and needs to be re -located. 2. The 10' X 20' shed on the northwest of Bldg. # 2 is located in the fire dept. cul-de-sac turnaround and needs to be re -located. The plans are acceptable subject to the following conditions. 1. The audible alert tone to be 3 -pulse temporal. 2. The minimum audibility level to be,75 db at the pillow level. 3. A weatherproof horn/strobe with a minimum 75 cd rating to be installed on the exterior upper 2/3 of each building facing the direction of fire dept. access. 4. Install an appropriately sized horn/strobe in each laundry room and any other common -use area. 5. The system must be completely point addressable including appropriate building number. 6. Attic heat detectors to be 194 degrees fixed temperature. 7. Install approved, listed multi -station smoke detectors within the dwelling units per the International Building Code, 2009 edition. Detectors will be hardwired to building power and have 10 year lithium battery back-up. 8. Install a "FIRE ALARM CONTROL" sign on door to room containing the fire alarm panel. 9. Install a breaker handle clamp on dedicated FACP and PS circuit Breaker. 10. Install a fire dept. Knox keybox on each building next to fire alarm room door.
