The SK -Zone -6 provides six zone inputs that allow a Silent Knight FACP to interface and monitor two - wire conventional smoke detectors. This means you can retrofit an existing building and use existing conventional devices. Now there's even more power and flexibility available to the IntelliKnight family of products! Description The inputs on the SK -Zone -6 share a common FACP signaling line circuit (SLC) input, and the initiating device circuits share a common external power supply. Otherwise, each input on the module operates independently from the others. If needed, you can disable a maximum of two unused inputs on the SK -Zone -6 board. It transmits the status of a zone of two -wire detectors to the FACP. Status conditions are reported as normal, open, or alarm. The SK -Zone -6 supervises the zone of detectors and the connection of the external power supply. All two -wire detectors being monitored must be UL compatible with the SK -Zone -6. SILENT KNIGHT by Honeywell INTELLIKNIGHT ACCESSO SK -Control Intelligent Notification Module The SK -Control gives you the flexibility to add notification circuits wherever they are needed on an IntelliKnight FACP signaling line circuit (SLC) loop. Description The SK -Control is an addressable notification module for use with Silent Knight IntelliKnight series fire alarm control panels (FACPs). The SK -Control provides supervised monitoring of wiring to load devices that require an external power supply to operate, such as bells, horns, and strobes. It is capable of Class B (Styles Y) and Class A (Style Z) supervision. Upon command from the FACP, the SK -Control will disconnect the supervision and connect the external power supply across the load device. The disconnection of the supervision provides a positive indication to the panel that the control relay actually turned on. The external power supply is always relay isolated from the SLC loop, so that a trouble condition on the power supply will never interfere with the rest of the system.
