Is this correct? Please advise as Nora is requiring me to include a statement on the recorded plat indicating which homes will be sprinkled. For your convenience, I have attached the as-builts for the water design to show the location of the hydrants. I calculate the vehicular distance for each lot at: Lot 1 — 80 FT Lot 2 — 200 FT — requires sprinkler Lot 3 — 120 FT Lot 4 — 145 FT Lot 5 — 130 FT Lot 6 — 210 FT — requires sprinkler Let me know if you need any information and I will provide this to you. We also understand that for the homes requiring a sprinkler system, a sprinkler plan must be submitted for Fire's review prior to installation. Thank you for your help. Typically, I believe the addresses are assigned prior to recording. The final recording documents are currently being reviewed by the City of Tukwila departments for this project. Could you provide addresses for these sites, so this information can be added to the final plat documents for recording?
