An approved automatic fire sprinkler extinguishing system is required for this project. (City Ordinance #1528) All sprinkler system plans, calculations and the contractors Materials and Test Certificates submitted to The Tukwila Fire Prevention Bureau must be stamped with the appropriate level of competency seal. (WAC 212-80) Any overlooked hazardous condition and/or violation of the adopted Fire or Building Codes does not imply approval of such condition or violation.
