• Deletion of seven (7) sprinkler heads due to removal of GWB ceiling.
• Note: Steps will be taken to ensure proper coverage is achieved at a level
consistent with Tukwila Fire Dept. standards. Coverage will remain the same and
hydraulic calculations will not change.
This is a formal request for shut -down authorization for the above-mentioned
scope of work. Please from the proper shut -down number and any other instructions for
the proper completion of scope of work so that local codes are upheld.
