We have been asked by Raisbeck Engineering to make fire sprinkler repairs
corrections per there fire sprinkler , onfidence report. This entailed replacing
some fire sprinkler heads that wero the wrong temperature to the correct
temperature at the loading dock, rt placing some missing escutcheons, adding
spare heads to the head box, plug couple heads at the rollup doors on the
loading dock no longer needed, adjusted a tamper switch to work properly,
lowered one fire sprinkler head in :;hipping and Receiving area, replaced a fire
department cap on the FDC and Changed out 37 pendents to uprights because
they were installed in the wrong pc sition. No piping has been modified.
Attached is the cut sheet on the fin: sprinkler heads that were installed.

Prevention Bureau for conformance with current city
standards. Acceptance is subie„ t to errors and
omissions which do not authorize violations of adopted
stanaaras and ordinances. The responsibility for the
adequacy of design rests totally with the designer.
Additions, deletions or revisions to these drawings atter
this date will void this acceptance and will require a
resubmittal of revised drawings for subsequent approval.
Final acceptance is subject to field test and inspection by
