Scope of Work:
We will need to perform some preliminary demolition work for a tenant improvement project. There will be a ceiling area
that will be converted from ACT ceiling to open to structure. The ceiling will be removed so we will be removing down
pendant drops out of the way. Legal coverage will be maintained by the existing upright sprinkler coverage.
We will be performing a full design on the project and applying for a full permit through the City of Tukwila for the
remaining tenant improvements.
