Columbia Fire has been contracted to modify the existing sprinkler system for the remodel of a TI space at the above address. The
new TI will be built in the coming weeks/months that will be accompanied with the proper building and fire sprinkler submittals for
your approval (it has already been submitted).
In the meantime, they have requested that Columbia remove several sprinkler drops at a hard ceilings that are being removed.
Appropriate sprinkler protection will be maintained from the existing overhead system.
We would like to perform this demo work between 10/31-11/2/17.
