By virtue of the provisions of the International Fire Code adopted by City of Tukwila Ordinance,
Pacific Coast Energy located at 15828 51s' Avenue South
having made application in due form, and as the conditions, surrounding, and arrangements are, in my opinion, such that the intent of the Ordinance can
be observed, authority is hereby given and the PERMIT is granted for installation of or modification to an LP -gas system per International Fire Code 105.7.12.
This PERMIT is issued and accepted on condition that all Ordinance provisions now adopted, or that may hereafter be adopted, shall be complied with.
THIS PERMIT IS VALID FOR -NINETY DAYS -
This permit does not take the place of any License
required by law and is not transferable. Any change in
use or occunancv of nremises shall reauire a new nermit.

For installation of or modification to an LP -gas system per International Fire Code
105.7.12.
You will need to submit the following:
1. Two scaled site plans showing property lines, building location(s), storm
drain location(s), public access, vehicular damage protection, proposed
screening and containment must be submitted for review prior to approval.
2. Specification sheets for the tank.
