All material shall be installed in accordance with NFPA, State, local codes & manufactures specifications. For a description of all material used on this project, see the Product Descriptive Data submitted seperately. 2. All portions of the sprinkler system shall be able to drain in accordance with NFPA. 3. All hanger assemblies shall be installed in accordance with NFPA & Manufactures specifications. All hanger assemblies shall be spaced in accordance with NFPA & manufactures specifications. Seismic bracing shall be provided in accordance with NFPA, State and local codes. 4. All electrical wiring & connections shall be performed by others in it's entirety. 5. All painting of sprinkler system piping & components shall be by others in it's entirety 6. All sprinkler piping sizes shall be derived from Hydraulic Calcurations. Hydraulic Carculations shall be performed in accordance with NFPA and asmodified by state & local codes. For specific design criteria, see notes under Design Criteria. 7. The owner is responsible for all appropriate maintenance of sprinkler system in accordance with NFPA, as well as state & local codes. 8. The owner is responsible for the freeze protection of all sprinkler system piping and components that are notdesigned for freezing conditions. 9. The owner is responsible for all monitoring of the sprinkler system in accordance with state & local codes. 10. Upon successful completion of this project, all pipingpand components shall be Hydrostatical) tested to 200 PSI for 2 -hours, in accordance with NFPA. WSFP shall pre-test the system prioro City of Tukwila fire department inspection. 11. Upon successful completion of this proiect a hydraulic placardshall be posted on the riser. 12. Upon successful completion of this project all control valves shall be lett in the open position. 3 U on successful completion of this project a stock of spare sprinklers shall be provided per NFPA. 14. All sprinkler piping and fittings shall be CPVC pipingand fittings unless otherwise noted. All piping and fittings shall be installed in accordance wh NFPA & manufactures specifications. 15. All underground piping shall be installed and tested by others. 16. Sprinklers are not to be centered in the ceiling tile or among the ceiling fixtures. Sprinklers may be shown centered within the ceiling tile or among the ceiling fixtures, but WSFP. will position sprinklers into the ceiling or among -the ceiling fixtures at the location the pipe is roughed into. General Notes Residential Areas: The residential areas shall be protected by aplastic pipe wet sprinkler system, designed in accordance with NFPA 13D. Reliable model RFC 30 residntial concealed pendent. sprinklers shall be used unless otherwise noted. Residential sprinklers shall be spaced a maximum of 14'-0" on center and a maximum of 7'-0" off of walls and shall have a maximum coverage of 196 sq. ft. in accordance with the manufactures listing and NFI5A 13D. Hydraulic Calculations shalrbe based on the Residential Method. The minimum sprinkler flows(desiged to a Design Density of .05) shall be used for the hydraulic calculations. Hydraulic calculations are available upon request.
