The Fire Prevention Bureau conducted a plan review on the subject permit
application. Please address the following comments in an itemized format with
revised plans, specifications and/or other applicable documentation.
1. Show on the plans a 12 ft. deep by 4 ft. wide landscaped flat area
directly beneath upper story bedroom rescue windows for ground
ladder access.
Should there be questions concerning the above requirements, contact the Fire
Prevention Bureau at 206-575-4407. No further comments at this time.
