Re: Peach Tree Development - 12229 47th Avenue South
Dear Sir:
The attached set of building plans have been reviewed by
The Fire Prevention Bureau and are acceptable with the
following concerns:
1. All required hydrants and surface access roads shall
be installed and made serviceable prior to and during the
time of construction. (UFC 901.3)
Fire hydrants shall conform to American Water Works
Association specifications C-502-54; it shall be
compression type, equipped with two 2 1/2" N.S.T. hose
ports and one 5" Storz pumper discharge port, and
shall have*a 1 1/4" Pentagon open -lift operating nut.

Any overlooked hazardous condition and/or violation of the
adopted Fire or Building Codes does not imply approval of
such condition or violation.
