Mr. Shawgo:
After meeting at the site and reviewing your submitted drawings, I will allow you to exceed the 150
foot length in your driveway up to 165 feet without a fire department turnaround. In addition,
because of the required residential fire sprinkler system, I will allow you the increased travel distance
to the fire hydrant located at S. 144th Street and 46th Ave. S.
