Contact a licensed in the State of Washington and the City of Tukwila Architect or Structural Engineer to inspect the entire home to determine whether the house is structural sound. If the inspection reveals no structural issues, an email from the company must be sent to Jim Toole to state there was no structural issues outside or inside the home. If structural issues are found, a report from the company must be submitted to Jim Toole for review before any corrective measures commences. This report must include but not limited to type of structural issues, location of these issues, extent of each issue, and corrective measures.
