By virtue of The Provisions of the International Fire Code adopted by City of Tukwila Ordinance,
Mainstreet Builders located at 14203 56th Avenue South

having made application in due form, and as the conditions, surrounding, and arrangements are, in my opinion, such that the
intent of the Ordinance can be observed, authority is hereby given and the PERMIT is granted for *For the storage and use of LP -gas
and operation of cargo tankers that transport LP -gas per Chapter 38 of International Fire Code 105.6.28.*
This PERMIT is issued and accepted on condition that all Ordinance provisions now adopted, or that may hereafter be adopted, shall be complied with.
