Here is the scoop on these properties, 11854 is the original existing house, 11856 & 11858 are the two new
homes that were built, 11860 was assigned for the vacant lot that in talking to Brian MI not be built on. He
thought they short plat was reduced to three lots, if they did that I did not catch that on the final recording or I
was gone when it came down for Nick to sign. The 11860 address needs to be made inactive in your files or
delete it and if they decide to build in the future I will reassign the address at that time.
Let me know if you have any questions.

I just checked our records and the third parcel has been given the address of 11856; so the confusion of 2
parcels having the same address is not an issue anymore, but we still have an issue with our records showing
11860 as the address instead of 11854, which is what the USPS is using & is what is posted on the house.
Thank you,
Joanna

I need a response to this e-mail because we are getting ready to bill & the last time we billed in 7/08 the owner
came in and wanted to know what was going on. I was suppose to call her back and have not had a response
to give her.
Thank you,
Address 11860 44th Ave S
We have a site address of 11860 44th Ave S & so does KC, but the post office does not deliver mail to that
address. The mail goes to 11854 44th Ave S, which is what we & KC have as a mailing address. 11854 does
not exist as a site address in our system or Permits Plus. This was a short plat to three parcels. We have
11860 & 11858, but the third parcel has not been assigned an address yet.
My question is can we change site address 11860 to 11854 or do you think that 11854 will be assigned to the
vacant parcel? If that address is assigned to the vacant parcel it is going to cause confusion for the owners at
site address 11860 44th ave s.
Customer is requesting call back with correct information.
