WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1003, passed February 7, 1977,
granted an interfund Loan to L.I.D. #28 in the amount of $70,000;
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to extend this loan period;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 1003 is amended as follows:
Section 2. That the above loan be for the pre- construction
period of the LID #28, not to exceed feap444- feeths ten (10) months
from the date of this Ordinance, and at the rate of 4.125 percent
interest to be paid at the time of the repayment of the loan.
