I am writing to request a variance permitting additional length to the access road
on the above -referenced short plat project, which would slightly exceed 150 feet
for access to Lot 3. In fact, I'm wondering if a variance is necessary; the access
road itself is 149.99 ft, and there will be a 20 ft driveway to the house.
Please approve the short plat as -is, allowing the additional length, and if needed,
we will include a sprinkler system in the house plan for Lot 3.
Also, please note the corrected scale of measure on the enclosed plan.
Your consideration of this request is greatly appreciated; I look forward to your

length of the access road, and no turn -around will be required for this shortplat.
