Mr. Carrizosa:
FPI has reviewed the Fire Sprinkler Submittal Package, provided by Archer Fire
Protection, for the above referenced facility.
The submittal package consisted of the following:
1. Fire Protection Sprinkler Plans (Sheet 1 of 1) dated 12/26/17 revised 01/24/2018.
The review resulted in the following comments:
Sheet '1 of 1
1. Correct the piping south of Training / Conference Room #167. The pipe
schedule layout is backwards. Plan shows 2" pipe to 1 'A" to 1 W. The 1 1/2"
and 1 1/4" should be switched.
2. No shell system coverage was provided or shown on the plans. Our review is
of the TI only. Plan notes state that existing sprinklers protect above the
ceilings.

3. No hydraulic calculations provided or reviewed. TI is based on light hazard
pipe schedule. Note on plan (General Notes — upper right-hand corner)
indicates design criteria is ordinary hazard pipe schedule. This note should be
changed to reflect that the TI is based on light hazard pipe schedule.
4. No Seismic bracing or calculations provided or reviewed. No new pipe of 2 'A"
or larger diameter was added for this TI.
5. Date on plan is 12/26/2017. Revision 1 dated 1/24/2018 should be added to
the revision legend at the lower left corner of the drawing to reflect the most
current plan revisions.
