By virtue of The Provisions of the International Fire Code adopted by City of Tukwila Ordinance,
Wells Trucking & Leasing, Inc. located at 12677 East Marginal Way South
having made application in due form, and as the conditions, surrounding, and arrangements are, in my
opinion, such that the intent of the Ordinance can be observed, authority is hereby given and the
PERMIT is granted *To conduct hot work per Chapter 35 of International Fire Code 105.6.23. *For the
use, storage or handling of flammable or combustible liquids in underground storage tanks per Chapter
57, sec. 5704.2 of International Fire Code 105.6.16. *For the storage and use of LP -gas and operation of
cargo tankers that transport LP -gas per Chapter 61 of International Fire Code 105.6.27. *For operation
of repair garages and automotive, marine and fleet motor fuel -dispensing facilities per Chapter 23 of
International Fire Code 105.6.39.
This PERMIT is issued and accepted on condition that all Ordinance provisions now adopted, or that
may hereafter be adopted, shall be complied with.
THIS PERMIT IS VALID FOR -Eighteen Calendar Months -

THIS PERMIT MUST BE POSTED ON THE PREMISES MENTIONED ABOVE.
