By virtue of The Provisions of the International Fire Code adopted by City of Tukwila Ordinance,
Heatcon, Inc. located at 600 Andover Park East
having made application in due form, and as the conditions, surrounding, and arrangements are, in my
opinion, such that the intent of the Ordinance can be observed, authority is hereby given and the
PERMIT is granted *To conduct hot work per Chapter 35 of International Fire Code 105.6.23. *To use a
building or portion thereof as a high -piled storage area exceeding 500 square feet (46m2) per Chapter 32
of International Fire Code 105.6.22. *To operate an industrial baking or drying oven Chapter 30 of
International Fire Code 105.6.24. *For the use, storage or handling of flammable or combustible liquids
in containers and portable storage inside buildings per Chapter 57, sec. 5704.3 -sec. 5704.4 of
International Fire Code 105.6.16. *To operate a mechanical refrigeration unit or system per Chapter 6 of
International Fire Code 105.6.38. *For the storage and use of LP -gas and operation of cargo tankers that
transport LP -gas per Chapter 61 of International Fire Code 105.6.27.
This PERMIT is issued and accepted on condition that all Ordinance provisions now adopted, or that
may hereafter be adopted, shall be complied with.
THIS PERMIT IS VALID FOR -Eighteen Calendar Months -
