This PERMIT is issued and accepted on condition that all Ordinance provisions now adopted, or that may hereafter be adopted, shall be complied with. THIS PERMIT IS VALID FOR -Eighteen Calendar Months - This permit does not take the place of any License required by law and is not transferable.
