By virtue of The Provisions of the International Fire Code adopted by City of Tukwila Ordinance,
Johnson Design Cabinets located at 1073 Andover Park East
having made application in due form, and as the conditions, surrounding, and arrangements are,
in my opinion, such that the intent of the Ordinance can be observed, authority is hereby given
and the PERMIT is granted *For the storage and use of LP -gas and operation of cargo tankers
that transport LP -gas per Chapter 61 of International Fire Code 105.6.27.*To use a building or
portion thereof as a high -piled storage area exceeding 500 square feet (46m2) per Chapter 32 of
International Fire Code 105.6.22.
This PERMIT is issued and accepted on condition that all Ordinance provisions now adopted, or that
may hereafter be adopted, shall be complied with.
THIS PERMIT IS VALID FOR -Eighteen Calendar Months -
This permit does not take the place of any
License required by law and is not transferable.
Any change in use or occupancy of premises
shall require a new hermit
