By virtue of The Provisions of the International Fire Code adopted by City of Tukwila Ordinance,
California Pizza Kitchen, Inc. located at 150 Andover Park West
having made application in due form, and as the conditions, surrounding, and arrangements are, in my
opinion, such that the intent of the Ordinance can be observed, authority is hereby given and the
PERMIT is granted *To operate a place of assembly per Chapter 10 of International Fire Code 105.6.34.
This PERMIT is issued and accepted on condition that all Ordinance provisions now adopted, or that
may hereafter be adopted, shall be complied with.
THIS PERMIT IS VALID FOR -Eighteen Calendar Months -
