By virtue of The Provisions of the International Fire Code adopted by City of Tukwila Ordinance,
Measurement Systems International located at 14240 Interurban Avenue South, #100
having made application in due form, and as the conditions, surrounding, and arrangements are, in my
opinion, such that the intent of the Ordinance can be observed, authority is hereby given and the
PERMIT is granted *For the use, storage or handling of flammable or combustible liquids in containers
and portable storage inside buildings per Chapter 57, sec. 5704.3 -sec. 5704.4 and in cabinets per Chapter
57, sec. 5704.3.2 thru 5704.3.2.2 of International Fire Code 105.6.16. *To conduct a spraying or dipping
operation utilizing flammable or combustible liquids or the application of combustible powders per
Chapter 24 of International Fire Code 105.6.41. *To produce, store or handle cryogenic fluids in excess
of the amounts listed in table #105.6.10 per Chapter 55 of International Fire Code 105.6.10.
This PERMIT is issued and accepted on condition that all Ordinance provisions now adopted, or that
may hereafter be adopted, shall be complied with.
THIS PERMIT IS VALID FOR -Eighteen Calendar Months-
