By virtue of The Provisions of the International Fire Code adopted by City of Tukwila Ordinance,
Palace Tukwila located at 14027 Interurban Avenue South
having made application in due form, and as the conditions, surrounding, and arrangements are, in my
opinion, such that the intent of the Ordinance can be observed, authority is hereby given and the
PERMIT is granted *To operate a place of assembly per Chapter 10 of International Fire Code 105.6.34.
This PERMIT is issued and accepted on condition that all Ordinance provisions now adopted, or that
may hereafter be adopted, shall be complied with.
THIS PERMIT IS VALID FOR -Eighteen Calendar Months -

By virtue of The Provisions of the International Fire Code adopted by City of Tukwila Ordinance,
Palace Casino located at 14027 Interurban Avenue South
having made application in due form, and as the conditions, surrounding, and arrangements are, in my
opinion, such that the intent of the Ordinance can be observed, authority is hereby given and the
PERMIT is granted *To operate an air -supported temporary membrane structure or a tent having an area
in excess of 400 square feet (37 m2), or a canopy in excess of 700 square feet (65 m2) per section
105.6.43 of the International Fire Code*For the storage and use of LP -gas and operation of cargo tankers
that transport LP -gas per Chapter 61 of International Fire Code 105.6.27. *To comply with noise
regulations per 8.22.050 and 8.22.120 of the Tukwila Municipal Code*To use temporary signs per
19.24.050 of the Tukwila Municipal Code*
This PERMIT is issued and accepted on condition that all Ordinance provisions now adopted, or that
