By virtue of The Provisions of the International Fire Code adopted by City of Tukwila Ordinance,
Verizon located at 12620 Interurban Avenue South, #100
having made application in due form, and as the conditions, surrounding, and arrangements are,
in my opinion, such that the intent of the Ordinance can be observed, authority is hereby given
and the PERMIT is granted *For the use, storage or handling of flammable or combustible
liquids in aboveground storage tanks per Chapter 57, sec. 5704.2 of International Fire Code
105.6.16 and City Ordinance #2290.
This PERMIT is issued and accepted on condition that all Ordinance provisions now adopted, or that
may hereafter be adopted, shall be complied with.
THIS PERMIT IS VALID FOR -Eighteen Calendar Months -
This permit does not take the place of any
License required by law and is not transferable.
Any change in use or occupancy of premises
shall require a new permit

that transport LP -gas per Chapter 38 of International Fire Code 105.6.28.
