OPERATIONAL PERMIT
By virtue of The Provisions of the International Fire Code adopted by City of Tukwila Ordinance,
YGS Group located at 6700 South Glacier Street
having made application in due form, and as the conditions, surrounding, and arrangements are, in my
opinion, such that the intent of the Ordinance can be observed, authority is hereby given and the
PERMIT is granted *For the use, storage or handling of flammable or combustible liquids in cabinets
per Chapter 57, sec. 5704.3.2 thru 5704.3.2.2 of International Fire Code 105.6.16. *To use a building or
portion thereof as a high -piled storage area exceeding 500 square feet (46m2) per Chapter 32 of
International Fire Code 105.6.22.
This PERMIT is issued and accepted on condition that all Ordinance provisions now adopted, or that
may hereafter be adopted, shall be complied with.
THIS PERMIT IS VALID FOR -Eighteen Calendar Months -
