REPEALED BY 214
AN ORDINANCE REVISING ORDINANCE NO 64, FIXING THE SALARY AND
FEES OF THE TOWN MARSHALL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TUKdV LA.
Section 1. That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 64 be, and it is hereby
repealed.
Section 2. The Town Marshall shall execute a bond to the Town of
Tukwila in the sum of Five Hundred DollarsW)00.00)
conditioned for the faithful performance of his duties, said bond
to be issued by some good surety company approved by the Council
and paid for by the Town of Tukwila. He shall receive as compen-
sation for his services as Marshall the sum of $450.00
per year payable annually.
Section 3. That the schedule of fees allowed the Town f or
any Deputy Town Marshall in any cases in which the Town
of Tukwila appears as party plaintiff shall be as follows:
Making arrest v 2.00
Serving notice to appear, or warrent 1.00
Witness fees 1.00
Mileage (serving notice and to attend
trial as witness) .08 per mi.
Transferring prisoner to County jail 4.00
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its
final passage and approval by the Mayor.
