B. Capital Facilities Financing
Staff presented an update on efforts toward city facilities planning and funding.
Councilmembers discussed the information and made several information requests.

• Re -organize by campus
• Consider a Risk Register
• Provide information on what happened with PW Shops Phase 3
• Provide list of city properties along with rough value
• Provide reminder of recent sales
• Can the decant facility be completed sooner that construction process
• Provide status update on Healthpoint agreement
• Provide information on levy risk
