The result of continuing development will be the need to provide water system improvements that provide adequate service. r The proposed development property is obligated to participate in funding future system improvements and the owner waives the right to protest water L.I.D. or U.L.I.D. formation. This agreement runs with-the property. This agreement shall be binding upon the parties, their respective heirs, legal representatives, assignees, transferees and successors. This agreement runs with the land. This agreement shall be recorded by the City Clerk with the King County Auditor as required by Chapter 35.91 RCW and the cost of said recording will be paid by the City. So that the Owner can remove encumbrances from the property caused by this requirement, the Owner can pay the City the Owner's pro -rata share for projected costs.
