Required permits are as follows: Domestic Water Meter -Curb Cut /Access -Storm Drain -Fire Protection Sprinkler Sanitary Side Sewer Issuance of these permits is subject to all other permits and requirements having been met (i.e., Shoreline Permit). A sprinkler pit shall be installed outside of building on private property and separate from domestic services. All water mains shall be DIP class 52 and thrust blocks for all lines 3" and greater shall be provided at bends, junctions, and tees. No asbestos coment pipe shall be used. All pipe shall:be minimum 12" deep and shall be provided in class B bedding. A storm retention system shall be included per King County Hydraulics. The Public Works Department requests a ".letter -of- intent" from the owner of the development agreeing to provide an easement for a sidewalk in front of your property in conformance with the new sidewalk ordinance, recorded at King County, to run with the land. Also, in the "letter of- intent the owner agrees to participate in an LID for sidewalks in the future.
