ORDINANCE NO. 1030
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
PROVIDING FOR THE APPROPRIATION AND TRANSFER OF
FUNDS AND, AMENDING 1977 BUDGET ORDINANCE NO. 1002.
Grant and finds it necessary to redistribute the funds; and

WHEREAS, the City has received a Law Enforcement Administrative
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to use unanticipated Title II
Antirecession Fiscal Assistance Funds for salaries of personnel in the
Recreation Department; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to appropriate for distribution, the
funds returned to the City due to the withdrawal of the Firefighters from
Social Security.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
The 1977 Annual Budget of the City of Tukwila, as adopted by
Ordinance No. 1002 is amended to include transfers and appropriations
of funds as follows:
