REPEALED BY 1328
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to establish reim-
bursement for mileage to City employees for the use of their
private vehicles for City business; and
WHEREAS, fifteen cents per mile is a reasonable rate
of reimbursement;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The City Council of the City of Tukwila
hereby establishes fifteen cents per mile as the rate for reim-
bursement to city employees for the use of their private vehicles
on city business, and repealing Ordinance No. 403.
Section 2: Employees using their private vehicles for
city business must carry public liability insurance.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof this s day of 1977.
