by-the Board of Architectural Review. .Prior to final release "of the plan set
for construction, however, we must receive the following material•:'
1) Copy of State Flood Control Zone Construction Permit as issued by the
Hydraulics Division, King County Public Works, agency.
2) A construction plan. for sidewalks on the Strander Boulevard and Andover r•�'
Park East frontages of the site. This. requirement is imposed by the Public
Works Department per City Ordinance 1025. We suggest that you contact Phil•
Fraser, Acting Public Works, Director, 433 -1856, .for information, and
