By virtue of the provisions of the International Fire Code adopted by City of Tukwila Ordinance,
Burr Computer Environments, Inc. located at 3425 South 116`h Street

having made application in due form, and as the conditions, surrounding, and arrangements are, in my opinion, such that the intent of the Ordinance can
be observed, authority is hereby given and the PERMIT is granted to install alter, remove, abandon or otherwise dispose of a flammable or combustible liquid tank
per 105.7.8 of the International Fire Code.
This PERMIT is issued and accepted on condition that all Ordinance provisions now adopted, or that may hereafter be adopted, shall be complied with.
THIS PERMIT IS VALID FOR -Ninety Days -
This permit does not take the place of any License
required by law and is not transferable. Any change in
use or occupancy of premises shall require a new permit.

Commercial Underground/Aboveground Fuel Tank Removeal/Installation Permit
To install or remove any flammable or combustible liquid tank per International Fire Code
105.7.8.
Installation of aboveground tanks shall be limited to MIC/H, MIC/L LI and C/LI zones.
You will need to submit the following:
1. Two scaled site plans showing property lines, building location(s), storm drain
location(s), public access, vehicular damage protection, proposed screening and
containment must be submitted for review prior to approval.
2. Specification sheets for the tank.
