Installation of aboveground tanks shall be limited to MIC/H, MIC/L,
LI and C/LI zones.
A site plan showing property lines, building locations(s), storm
drain location(s), public access, proposed screening and
containment must be submitted for review prior to approval.

RE: McKinstry Co. — AboveNet jobsite; temporary boiler and fuel tank
On our project at Intergate East, AboveNet site : 3433 120th Pl. S. Tukwila, we installed
an extensive cooling system for our client. Now we need to test and balance the cooling
system. To accomplish this we must impose a false heating load onto the cooling system.
In order to do this we will be bringing in a temporary diesel fueled boiler. We have
contacted Washington State Labor & Industry to have the boiler inspected by Tim
Swanson. It is our intention to mobilize this boiler onsite Monday, Nov 6, 2000. The
diesel fuel tank is a 3000 gallon, double containment, skid mounted, steel tank. This
boiler and fuel tank will staged in the north west corner of the Above Net site. It is our
best estimate that we will be using this boiler and fuel tank for two weeks, then it will be
removed from the site.
I am including a fuel tank submittal, two site plans, and a sketch.
