(DOF), June 2006. The remediation primarily consisted of the excavation and off-site disposal of petroleum contaminated soil. Contaminated soil was disposed at the Rabanco Regional Disposal facility in Roosevelt, WA. Consistent with the remediation plan, Oxygen Release Compound (ORC) was mixed with the clean back -fill to assist in the natural degradation of minor petroleum residues (below cleanup levels) that remained on the site. We are in the process of preparing a detailed remedial action construction report based on data collected during the site excavation. This report will be submitted to the Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology) under Ecology's Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP). The report will be used to support a request to Ecology for a No Further Action (NFA) designation for the former Swift Trucking Site.
