Installation or removal of underground tanks having an individual capacity or total aggregate capacity of greater than 10,000 gallons, and installation or removal of underground tanks located within 200 feet of the Green/Duwamish Rivers requires approval of the Tukwila Planning Department. All aboveground tank installations require approval of the Tukwila Planning Department. Installation of aboveground tanks shall be limited to MICH, MICL, HI, LI and C/LI zones. The Tukwila Planning Department will require submittal of a site plan for review prior to approval. Form F.P. 31 ti t MEMORANDUM TO: Nick Olivas FROM: Randy Berg g DATE: June 11, 1998 RE: Soil Samples Taken at Old TCC Fuel Tank Removal FILE Attached are the results of the soils samples taken from the excavation pit at the Old Tukwila Community Center during the removal of the 3,500 gallon underground fuel tank. I have not received any written report. The soil samples tell me that they took 6 soil samples and found no hydro -carbons in any of the samples.
