Mr. Jeff Parsons
Holaday Parks, Inc.
4650 South 134th Place
Tukwila, Washington 98168
Dear Mr. Parsons:
Gary L. VanDusen, Mayor
The other day we received your application for a flammable liquids
permit for building #B at your new location. Since you now occupy
two buildings in this area, we will need your assistance in order
to respond effectively in an emergency. We show you as having
flammable liquids and hazardous materials permits in building #C
and a flammable liquids permit in building #B. Uniform Fire Code
subsection 80.103(d) says a management plan may be required where
a hazardous materials permit is issued. Please provide us with a
management plan showing the location and manner of storage of
flammable liquids and hazardous materials in both buildings #B and
#C.
Please respond to this letter within 30 days. If you need
assistance in preparing a Management Plan, please call the Fire
Prevention Bureau at 575-4407.
Yours truly,
David Ray
